67% of startup workers would rather join more established companies: CIEL HR survey
According to a recent poll conducted by executive search agency Ciel HR Services, employees of startups are searching for positions in established traditional sector organizations due to a prolonged funding winter, employment uncertainty, and a wave of layoffs.
The results of the poll on hiring and recruitment trends in the industry show that over 67% of the workforce is willing to move to well-established companies.
