CM Naidu advises Andhra Pradesh officials to support farmers and manage water sources responsibly.

VIJAYAWADA: In order to guarantee that there is never a water scarcity, Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has instructed authorities to appropriately manage the irrigation projects' water sources. On Wednesday, he was assessing the agricultural department's preparations for cultivation during the Kharif season at AP. Participants at the meeting conducted on Wednesday at the Secretariat were representatives of the department of agriculture and irrigation. The irrigation water release plan was presented to the CM by officials. They said that on June 1, water was dumped into the Godavari delta. On July 3, Pattiseema, Pushkara, Tatipudi, and Purushottamapatnam began to release water. The supply of water in Pulichinthala is nonexistent. Thus, water from Pattiseema will irrigate the Krishna Delta, they asserted.
