"There is no proof that NEET-UG experienced a paper leak. "The NTA is a very credible body; the allegations of corruption against it are unfounded," Pradhan told reporters.
In light of "loss of exam time," the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a retest for the 1563 students who received grace marks.
The impacted applicants will now have two options, per the NTA's announcement: they can either retake the exam on June 23 or accept the score they were initially granted, minus the grace marks.
