In the core of Telugu, an opportunity to support India's cultural rebirth
Ten years after the split, Andhra Pradesh is keen to continue a journey that was brutally cut short. To support it on this road, the TDP-JSP-BJP administration in power needs to make investments in culture and education.
With the backing of the BJP and the charismatic Pawan Kalyan, the founder of the Jana Sena Party and Deputy Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu has returned to Andhra Pradesh as Chief Minister. This development is significant not only from a political and economic standpoint, but also for what they can accomplish collectively to reestablish India as a global cultural leader.
If being Hindi, and Gujarati more recently, has defined the face of Hindutva thus far, we may now witness something that most Indians are maybe unaware of, namely the definition of "Hindu in Telugu."
