MLA Rakesh Daultabad of Badshahpur, Haryana, passes away from a heart attack.

An independent member of parliament from Badshahpur, Haryana, named Rakesh Daultabad passed away on Saturday morning at a private hospital in Gurugram due to a cardiac arrest. His wife and two sons survive him; he was forty-five. In the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Daultabad backed the BJP. He ran as an Independent in 2019 and defeated Manish Yadav of the BJP. Badshahpur is included in the Lok Sabha constituency for Gurugram. Daultabad was reportedly feeling under the weather for the past few days. He complained of chest trouble and was admitted to Manipal Hospital late on Friday night. On Saturday morning, the physicians pronounced him dead due to a heart attack.
