Anurag Yadav, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) applicant who was detained due to discrepancies in the results, acknowledged that the question paper he was given, which was leaked, was identical to the real one.

Yadav, 22, the nephew of an engineer working at the Danapur Town Council (Danapur Nagar Parishad) in Bihar, confessed in a letter that was obtained exclusively by India Today that his relative Sikandar Prasad Yadavendu had informed him that all the preparations for the exam had been completed.

Yadav added that he received access to the NEET exam's leaked question paper and answers.

The student stated in the letter that when he took the test and was given the real question paper, it matched the one his uncle had given.

Yadav's signature was included on the confessional letter.
This occurs just hours after Yadavendu's confessional note and other documents were obtained by India Today, exposing the purported involvement of a "Mantri Ji" who allegedly suggested that Yadav, his mother, and other conspirators stay at a Patna government house.
According to authorities who spoke to news agency PTI, the Union Education Ministry requested a report from the Economic Offences Unit of the Bihar Police on Wednesday over purported anomalies in the way the NEET exam was administered in Patna.
