NEET Results: NV Sir Files Supreme Court PIL;

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been brought before the Supreme Court to have the NEET exam redone or to have grace marks eliminated. Founder and CEO of Motion Education, Nitin Vijay, stated that more over 20,000 students have filed complaints as part of Motion's digital satyagraha campaign against anomalies in the NEET exam. We have petitioned the Supreme Court on behalf of the kids.
Students have petitioned for the elimination of grace marks or a retake of the NEET exam. The petition addresses a number of concerns, including results that were issued ten days early, scores of 718 and 719 out of 720, 67 students attaining All India First Rank, and eight students from a single center securing first rank.

According to the petition, the 2018 court ruling that the NTA is basing these grace marks on expressly indicates that it does not apply to matters involving medicine and engineering. Based on CCTV footage from the centers, the NTA calculated the amount of time lost by students; nevertheless, reviewing footage for that many students is not practical. Consequently, the NTA has no justification for giving out grace marks for missed time.
