The Supernova project in Noida by Supertech Goup is facing insolvency.
Four of the towers of Supertech Group's Supernova project in Noida have been delivered: Nova East, Nova West, and Astralis; Spira is a tower that is still under construction.
As per the order issued by the NCLT on June 12, the Supertech Group's subsidiary Supertech Realtors Private Limited, which is building a commercial tower at the Supernova project in Noida, Sector 94, has been placed under corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for its failure to pay a debt of ₹150 crore to the Bank of Maharashtra.The four towers that make up Supertech Group's grandiose Supernova project are Astralis, which is currently under construction, Nova East, Nova West, and Spira, which is currently being built. At 300 meters, the mixed-use skyscrapers with 80 stories are said to be the highest structures in Delhi-NCR.
