Review of the Vikrant Massey film Blackout
Starring Vikrant Massey, Anant Vijay Joshi, Sunil Grover, Mouni Roy, Chhaya Kadam, Jisshu Sengupta, and Ruhani Singh, Blackout begs the question of whether everyone working on the project has any idea that a concept must also be carried out.
"Blackout" seems like a lighthearted adventure on paper, with a journalist, a drunk, some mobsters, dishonest police officers and politicians, two jokers, an unfaithful wife, and a gorgeous woman, all of them scheming around a city (Pune, in this case) on a night when the lights go out.
However, this one is far worse than horrible, folks. It begs the question of whether anyone working on this project has any knowledge at all—a premise requires execution as well.
