After an embarrassing loss to the United States, Babar Azam remains silent.

As Pakistan suffered an early upset against the USA in the T20 World Cup, skipper Babar Azam talked candidly about their failings and the game's pivotal moment. The USA defeated Pakistan in the Super Over in an incredible drama that had the spectators on the edge of their seats. At the crease, Babar and Shadab Khan joined forces as Pakistan was reeling at 26/3. Together, they managed to avert certain disaster by establishing a seemingly solid 72-run partnership.
Nevertheless, Shadab's inability to sweep it over the short fine leg left the Babar-led team in disarray once more.

"The ball was holding and swinging during the opening six overs. However, it is to our advantage that we form additional collaborations. We gained traction when Shadab and I first began our cooperation. We lost wickets back-to-back, and I believe it was the turning point. "You lost momentum when you were losing wickets," Babar stated in the press conference following the game.

A major factor in the Pakistan squad's defeat was playing under unfamiliar circumstances against an American team with whom they were unfamiliar.

The pitchers were unable to establish a rhythm, and the hitters found it difficult to stay on the field. Ultimately, the fielders conceded misfields, which prevented the USA from feeling pressure until the last three overs.

Babar was candid in his evaluation of their work  in all three departments of the game.
