Arguments in BRS MLC Kavitha's bail request are postponed until May 27 nationwide.
New Delhi: In relation to the Delhi liquor scam, BRS MLC K Kavitha filed a bail petition, and the Rouse Avenue Court scheduled the arguments on Friday, May 27. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) notified the court that its attorneys were prepared to present their case about Kavitha's bail plea and that it would file a counterpetition on May 27. The defense attorneys spoke on behalf of Kavitha and went into great detail about what happened before her arrest on March 15, 2024.
