Hyderabad: A list of law institutions that are not allowed to accept students for law degree programmes for the academic year 2024–2025 and any future years until further notice has been released by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Two of the seven law institutions that have been prohibited from accepting new students are located in Andhra Pradesh. But according to the list released by BCI secretary Srimanto Sen, there was not a single law college from the State. The list is as follows:

  • HS Law College, Uttar Pradesh's Agra Road
  • - Master Somnath Law College, Uttar Pradesh's Agra Road

    - Shri Krishna College of Law, Uttar Pradesh; Baghpat-Meerut Road


    - Sri Eshwar Reddy College of Law, Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati district

    - Sri Shirdi Sai Vidya Parishad, Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh; Sri Shirdi Sai Law College

    SS College of Law, Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district

    - Uttar Pradesh's Teju Singh Memorial Law College
