A Chennai woman used X to discuss how, when employed at a Bengaluru company, she avoided receiving a reprimand from her supervisor. In a perfect world, bosses or managers shouting at their staff would not exist. But since we don't live in that kind of environment, many people have to deal with a toxic workplace culture. People have also shared their experiences on social media after being on the receiving end of situations like these. This Chennai woman is on the list, but there's a twist to her tale. She revealed on X how her founder's ranting at a Bengaluru business she had worked for had been prevented by the language barrier. The woman asserted that the founder of the business regularly  yelled at everyone in Hindi. However, when she ended up in such a situation, she politely told the boss that she can’t understand what she is being said as she is from Chennai and doesn’t know Hindi.
