Arvind Kejriwal won't get any respite as the Delhi court reserves its ruling.

Kejriwal is requesting a week's interim bail due to health concerns. The Supreme Court granted him temporary bail, which expires on June 1. On June 2, the ape court has requested that he turn himself in.

Special Judge Kaveri Baweja reserved her decision, noting that the motion was for the granting of temporary bail due to medical need rather than an extension of the temporary bail set by the highest court.

The bail plea has been rejected by the Enforcement Directorate.

At a press conference on Friday, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the Enforcement Directorate, informed Special Judge Kaveri Baweja that Arvind Kejriwal had made false statements about his planned surrender on June 2.

In his ED appearance, Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju claimed that Kejriwal intended to manipulate the court by postponing the tests.

What ED said to counter a bail request
The Supreme Court's order cannot be changed by this court. The SC granted Kejriwal interim bail, therefore he is currently free. He is requesting an extension of the Supreme Court's ruling in this instance.

We are not arguing against the granting of temporary bail. All we are saying is that this court cannot give interim bail if section 45 PMLA is not followed. They'll need to appear before a different court, according to Live Law, which cited ASG SV Raju.
He can now submit normal bail after the Supreme Court granted him culpability, although he is free to request an extension of interim
