Under the Pratidana project, BHU receives donations and launches three new scholarships.

Donations have enabled Banaras Hindu University (BHU) to launch three new scholarships as part of its Pratidana project. The Central Hindu Boys School, Central Hindu Girls School, and the Faculty of Education will each get a new scholarship from the university.

Rahul Srivastava, a Mumbai-based corporate leader, has made donations in memory of his paternal aunt, maternal grandmother, and paternal grandfather. After decades of service to multiple projects, Srivastava's father superannuated from the Central Public Works Department as Additional Director General. He then spent more than ten years as an Advisor (Works) at IIT-Gandhinagar, where he played a key role in the creation of the university's renowned campus, according to the press release.
